Hank Mobile App Case Study (Halloween theme)
This tracking device allows users to locate or track their lost items, through the Hank mobile app on their phone. The device is designed with Bluetooth and GPS tracking, which helps users discover their valuables in no time.
The more practical and applicable an app is, the more precise and easy-to-use it would be. There are some types of applications which are totally specific and their target audience is very narrow, but that is not the case with Hank mobile app.
The tracking app was aimed to be used by the wide target audience with different demographic characteristics, level of education and abilities in technology. Therefore, this factor had to be considered to create the efficient and bright design of the interface which would have high aesthetic representation but at the same time would not confuse any user.

Time is an invaluable (not necessarily money), and shouldn't be wasted. unfortunately, our minds are too preoccupied with the hustles and bustles of life that we quite frequently do not remember some little details. Details like switching to PHCN after we turned off the generator, combing our hair, switching off the AC when we are leaving the house, taking our chargers to work, adding a spoon to our lunch box, and a lot of others.
We also forget where we last dropped some things when we return home after a long stressful, tiring day at work. Things such as our keys, wallets, purses, phones, bags, remotes, etc.
Our pets don't make it easier as well. They decide to hide in corners that are difficult to spot especially after they have taken a poo on our beds, or crashed the dish tray.
We spend the time that would have been used resourcefully in looking for these valuables mostly at the nick of time when we have very little time to spare, and most of the time, we end up having to replace these items which cost a fortune.
